Didn't they just re-roof it and upgrade the Practice Facility at the beginning of the season?

 

The only things the Rose Quarter needs is more proximal bars, and maybe better parking.

 

I know....both facilities were to be upgraded at the beginning of the season....I know it's not at the Moda Center bro...my point is they've upgraded Blazer facilities recently

 

How did you know there was an apartment in the Moda? Not many know about that.

 

I thought most people knew that. Paul used to fly the helicopter down for games and then stat at the apartment. Wasn't that fairly common knowledge?

It definitely was a talking point when the Rose Garden was being built by the people who were building it.

 

I thought Paul owned one of the massive condos in coin tower.

That would make sense. That room in the Rose Garden is not very big.

 

Like selling any asset, it's pretty much impossible to know when it's at peak value. There likely are some conditions placed on selling the team by the trust though, some sort of specified process. Hell, for all we know the trust might say she has to sell by a specific date. For some reason I'm being kept out of the loop on details again

You know the money has to go to charity. I don’t even know why she cares that much on how much the sale price will end up being

 

Now you're catching on. It could be said she is trying to milk as much as she can out of the sale as possible? Maybe there are other issues that are being manipulated?
I obviously do not know what is happening but it's pretty easy to think there could be some options?
Maybe she is very happy with her situation and wants to create as much as possible for the charity?

 

What and where is this monstrosity?

 

My guess is there’s a tax benefit somewhere that she could enjoy in some way.
