    Hmm Phil must know something for him to invest a huge chunk of money in the area..

    Atleast I’m hoping he thinks he’s about to buy the blazers and this area is near the Moda so it has mutual benefit for the area to pop off

    Phil and Penny have been super generous to Portland. Their philanthropy is incredible. The Albina Vision Project will transform the area around Moda Center. Similar looking to the SW Waterfront District.

    I think he will eventually. This move at the very least will give him huge leverage since now he can say he has a big stake in the development of the area.
