    If I'm Morey, I don't panic, I don't trade Simmons for anybody, and I focus on shoring up the bench. Simmons is not the problem, even with his shooting woes.

    Remember: the one game Embiid was out in the playoffs, they won, and Simmons played well.

    If they can do Koreen's suggested Lowry trade they don't need anything else.

    Simmons and Embiid occupy the same space much of the time because he cant shoot.

    You're right, although OKC wouldn't have given up SGA. But Philly should have trade for Chris Paul and got rid of Simmons. I'm sure they could have gotten a good draft pick thrown in also.

    Dan Patrick just talked about the Simmons for Dame trade and gave it a big, long NOOOooo. But then brought up Simmons for CJ and said something to the effect of that would then be a conversation.
