Yeah, I had a really good surgeon. He wasn't even sure if he was going to be able to save my belly button, my scar was so wide. The bullet-hole looking scar where the ostomy was is getting better all the time. Awesome surgeon made a world of difference, Ive seen some mangled scars from that surgery.
Great recovery. You should be proud. You're obviously a dedicated and determined guy with an internal drive. You'll do well in life. The line between flipping shit and remembering people are real gets blurred here. It's a lesson we all should learn. Plus, you do look just like Andre Agassi. Holy Shit, a dead ringer. Are you Armenian?
Thanks for the kind words. Its refreshing to be healthy and know how horrible a feeling it is to be at the bottom. I definitely don't take health for granted anymore. Not Armenian, mainly Polish.
Damn man, you were all the way down to 105?!?! You look great man...... but I've seen you in real life and let me tell all you guys...... Zags majored in PhotoShop in college! Glad you got your health back!
My colon perforated and I had sepsis, on the verge of shutting down all my organs. They removed my colon, then had to go back in for another emergency surgery because my small intestine twisted. I spent a little over a month in the hospital and had 4 surgeries combined over a 6 month period. My surgeons at Kaiser Sunnyside are top notch. My mom, too.
Damn man. I forgot about that. Glad you are back healthy. Did you just waste away from not being able to eat or what?
Not eating for a 3 week period and running to the shitter to shit blood and barf every 5 minutes before they finally made the decision to remove my colon. Anybody hungry?
This was me right after winning the 2011 Tualatin Youth Basketball Association varsity championship as head coach. Someone had just poured water on my head..
