I don't disagree with any of that.. I'm just saying that he is not the nicest perosn that I've met.

Man I love Pietrus. Like I said before, even if he sux on offense, he's got the skills, mentality and determination to make it so his assignment can't score. I love that in a player the most. It just changes the game and gets easy points going the other way if the offense is so frustrated.

Everyone needs to read the handwriting on the wall otherwise the Warriors are going to fall into the Knicks trap (Houston/Spreewell), if Pietrus is going to be a force then JRich has to go; we cannot play them at the same time because Pietrus is undersized at SF and no way JRich can guard a SF.

We need to also read the handwriting on the wall that Dunleavy could possibly be one of the biggest busts, biggest underachievers, one of the most overrated players to come out of Duke since Christian Laetner / Danny Ferry (only they could shoot better). All the skills and potential but never lived up to the hype and they were always soft on defense. In fact all teams should start with good defensive abilities first, because if you can play good defense, it means the effort, the physical skills, and desire to win are there. The only play I've seen Dunleavy get others involved is in when he passes from the top of the key which involves a lot of motion offense movement and that's about it, but he simply cannot shake defenders of the dribble anymore than Jrich can and he makes some pretty bad decisions because he's either afraid to shoot or he just struggles against quicker players. He's made his fair share of stupid turnovers, bad passes, and ugly shots as well. Remember when he airballed a wide open look and almost missed the rim during a free throw? He's as bad Jrich in many ways.

Also ask yourself this: do other players respect Dunleavy and cover Dunleavy more closesly like they do with Jrich. No. So when Dunleavy starts developing a shot at least as good as Jrich's, Dunleavy will get shut down I guarantee it because there are some pretty tight defenders out there and he's no Dirk Nowitzki or Larry Bird. He's not a guy to build around either, because he gets taken out of the game too easily on more than one ocassion. He's a nice role player but he will never replace Antwan Jamison's production even if he shoots the ball more or actually dares to try taking it inside more. I'm very sad to say this but Jrich is our best player whether we like it or not. I feel we should have waited on Jrich until next season and never signed Dunleavy in the first place, but the organization always does the opposite of what I would expect them to do. It figures.

Also I think quickness is more important than size, when you're on the wing. You look at Jrich and Pietrus their arms are really long for their size. you get those hands in a 6'9 player's eyes or shooting hand, you can force them to miss the shot and you can outquick them for the foul or open shot.
