All killings are premeditated, some longer than others. Personally I think premeditation shows it was a more responsible and possibly necessary act. All other options were considered, including if it really needed to be done this way. It's horrific the parents were put in such a position where they had to make such a decision and follow through with it. So called in the heat of passion, rage or reaction killers are the ones who act recklessly and usually kill needlessly as an over-reaction because they are inherently unstable individuals themselves. Those people need to be locked away where they can't hurt someone.

You're blowing hot air and refusing to state your position. You applauded the killing of the abuser of a 4 year old, but blamed the parents of a 15-16 year old for her abuser's repeated sex crimes. Why aren't you blaming the 4 year old's parents? They willfully put their child in harm's way while the 15 year old's parents did everything they could to try to rescue her, including putting their own lives on the line. You've got your priorities all bass-ackward. When do we stop protecting children? What age? And does that mean we don't protect adults from sex crimes?
