So it's premeditated? I could care less.

He got convicted and placed on probation. Seems right to me.

Proof you're just spouting off without any conception even of what your own honest opinion is.

Just answer the question, it's very clear and certainly relevant to your attacks on me.

    Put up or STFU.

All killings are premeditated, some longer than others.

Personally I think premeditation shows it was a more responsible and possibly necessary act. All other options were considered, including if it really needed to be done this way. It's horrific the parents were put in such a position where they had to make such a decision and follow through with it.

So called in the heat of passion, rage or reaction killers are the ones who act recklessly and usually kill needlessly as an over-reaction because they are inherently unstable individuals themselves. Those people need to be locked away where they can't hurt someone.

thats rich. You're justifying vigilanteism/murder by the failed parents of a 17 year old. I'd expressed my belief that 2 wrongs don't make a right and in our system of laws. My attack on you consisted of saying that possibly you're completely out of touch advocating taking the law into one's own hands. You responded with ridiculous claims that I'm defending the pimp, a 4 year old is asking for it & other crazyness... get a grip

You're blowing hot air and refusing to state your position.

You applauded the killing of the abuser of a 4 year old, but blamed the parents of a 15-16 year old for her abuser's repeated sex crimes.

Why aren't you blaming the 4 year old's parents? They willfully put their child in harm's way while the 15 year old's parents did everything they could to try to rescue her, including putting their own lives on the line.

You've got your priorities all bass-ackward.

When do we stop protecting children? What age? And does that mean we don't protect adults from sex crimes?

Simple questions, don't be such a pussy about it.

yeah, and clearly I'm for killing baby seals & incest too. If you're at all being serious, this is the sort of crazy that causes one to cross the street rather then respond directly to

no Koko for Coco Puffs. The question is when do we openly endorse premeditated vigilanteism? My answer is never as I'm not for emboldening the wingnuts. That doesn't mean I'm for kids (or anyone) being abused at any age or that I'm thumbs up on any other criminal behavior... as opposed to you, I'm the one advocating for the law

There are many injustices/wrongs in our society... for sure everything isn't perfect for everyone. Arguing for private citizens taking the law in their hands in this sort of extreme manner is something the laws are against and I'm in support of them staying that way. Again, no one is crying for the pimp and it's only obvious that this is a tragic situation. Of course I'm only guessing that failed parenting was probably mainly to blame here but then I believe in taking responsibility rather then pointing fingers.

If you actually believe the inconsistent drivel you are posting, you're clearly misinformed on several counts, including the definitions of self-defense, vigilantism, kidnapping, rape, slavery, child abuse, pimp, and of course parenting.

I can only conclude you were parented by a pimp.

Have to admit there's a fair amount of truth in this.
