My team just started doing workouts recently, on Sunday and Wednesday nights, and we're expected to lift 3 days a week in the school weightroom so I've been doing that for the past couple weeks, I'm mainly focusing on trying to play Tight End and Linebacker. I'm trying to hit 200 pounds by August, 20 to go, and I want most of it to be muscle.
How much do you weigh right now? I'm gonna try to add 10-15 pounds by August 1st. I don't really know how to gain weight though besides eating and working out. But for me, eating doesn't do much, because my matabolism is faster then speedy gonzalez on crack and I can eat for hours and not gain a pound. Working out takes way too long to gain weight too.
