ron artest - let him learn from his mistakes, work harder to keep him under controlfred jones - a huge mistake for the pacers, one of the best scorers off the bench, brings energy and athletiscismprimoz brezec - ok, so he did like nothing for us but now look at him

Haha, I didn't really look at the first page, so this could have already been posted, but, Tony Battie, Joe Johnson, and Chauncey Billups. We'd be so illmatic its not even funny.C: Perkins/Battie/RatliffPF: Gomes/JeffersonSF: Pierce/G-Money/AllenSG: Wally/Joe/WestPG: Billups/Telfair/RondoHaha too bad that probably wouldn't work under the cap, and Ainge, I think has enough common sense to not allow us to have that many PGs and wing players.

I hated losing toine the first time, but the second time I think it was justified, only I would've liked to have gotten more than just a trade exception and a 2nd round pick with garbage players. If we kept Billups and JJ, we would have won more games and we would not have drafted Gomes, Al, Gerald, Delonte, Perkins, or Rondo. We wouldn't have traded for Telfair, Ratliff, or Wally. Everything changes.

Yeah, obviously I know that. I don't really know what I was thinking when I posted that but its pretty easy to tell that. Now that I think about it I actually thought about that before I hit the post button but I guess I never ended up typing it.

I love how there are so many people who regret getting rid of Chauncey. It shows the beauty of how Joe Dumars can find a talent.I would have to agree with Reppin's list, although I would have loved to see Grant Hill retire as a Piston.

Re: Players you wish your team hadn't gotten rid of

Derick Fisher and Chucky Atkens:The only reason he left the Lakers was because he wanted to be a starting point guard but at the time Gary Payton was still a member of that team. Come to find out not to long after Fisher left Payton left as well. I think Derick Fisher would have done an excellent job on the Lakers if he would of stayed. Chucky Atkens left the Washington Wizards because he wanted a starting point guard position or come off the bench and help out on the floor as much as possible. I think if he would have decided to try and come back to LA or if they would have kept him instead of trading for Kwame the Lakers would of been great. I actually believe he would of been the perfect point guard to be in the line up with Smush coming off the bench..Caron Butler Caron is the other guy who got sent to DC in exchange for Kwame. I believe we should have kept him and had him as out starting SF. If they would of kept the team the way it was the LA line up could have looked like this.PG: Chucky AtkensSG: Kobe BryantSF: Caron ButlerPF: Lamar OdomC: Chris Mihm 6th Man: Smush ParkerAndrew BynumRonney Turief Robert HorrySasha Vlademear We wouldnt have needed Jordan Farmer so I believe they would have taken someone like a another sg in the draft.

There's nothing I really regret over the last 10 years. We let players go that needed to, considering what the Bucks have now I wouldn't change a thing.

Your team traded Ray Allen and Flip Murray for Gary Payton and Desmond Mason. You wouldn't get that trade back? I know that Micheal Redd wouldn't fit in, but admit it, Ray is better than Redd.

Seeing as how I live in DC I'll do theres. Wizards should have tryed alot harder to get Larry HughesShould have kept Rip Hamilton Corey AlexanderBen WallaceChris WebberRasheed Wallace (I believe if he would of stayed he wouldn't have become the player he became in Portland and would of became a better player. Juwan Horward: In my area of DC many people hated him but I saw him as a much better player then people gave him credit for. He's not the player now that he was when he played then but I think if he would of stayed they might would have been a better while he still had some good left in him.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Renton @ Oct 30 2006, 05:03 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>Chris Childs[IMG]So people thought the Nets finally have a quality back-up in Marcus Williams? Not that long ago in 2002, we had Chris Childs! Who? Chis "The Man" Childs! A future hall of famer, never afraid to take an important shot, diss out an assist, or going for a steal. Man, I would love to see him leading our offense again. In 12 games this guy scored 1.3 point(s?) per game, on 30% shooting. He also averaged 1.3 assists! He equalled his assist average to his point per game average!!!!! Talk about being unselfish!Dwayne Schintzius[IMG]->looks like that dude from Wolfenstein 3D! [IMG]Ha, and Jayson Williams called Keith Van Horn "the pale rider"? He must have forgot about "Insane Game" Dwayne! Check out his career stats with New Jersey: He appeared in 43 games, and started 11 of them! And in the 7.4 minutes per game he played, he scored 2 points, with a whopping 38% field goal percentage! Dude's 7'2, and averaged 1.9 rebounds per game. When Krstic came to the USA, he always said he wanted to be like Schintzius. Not only because of their last names are difficult to spell, but also because Dwyane was like a Russian Shaq. Doug Overton[IMG]Damn man, Dunkin' Doug was on our team three times! But three's a charm! He scored 1.3 point(s?), 37% shooting and 0.7 assist(s?) in the six games he played for us in 2003. He was a real crowd pleaser, with all that flashy play, so everyone was sad to see him go. I still remember that 360 degree layup vs the Lakers, or that jam over Alonzo Mourning.... memories......... :dunno:</div>I agree with wolf, that wasnt very funny,
