Great win for all Laker fans, lets take care of business at home and finish them off in 5. Since we have home court advantage hows the schedule now:
    Game 1 Phoniex
    Game 2 Phoniex
    Game 3 LA
    Game 4 LA
    Game 5 ?
    Game 6 ?
    Game 7 ?

The Lakers played their best basketball of the season. I know I give Sasha a lot of criticism, but he was clutch for the Lakers yesterday. If he can shoot 50% the rest of the series I love the Lakers chances.

The entire Laker bench was productive and at one point in the game we outscored the Suns bench 20-4.

The Lakers got the defensive stops they needed for the first time all season. The block by Odom was huge for the Lakers, he came out of no where to erase that basket.

Luke Walton played brilliant on defense. He was anticipating well and rotating over to disrupt shots or draw the charge. He played through the b.s. foul calls the officials were hitting him with and didn't lose his confidence.

And of course there was Kobe Bryant. He got into the game early by helping out on the rebounding and finished with 10 overall. Nice adjustment by the coaching staff to send him to the rim to help rebound instead of Kobe pushing up the court to play offense. Kobe was patient and methodical in his attack and figured out how to play with better balance last night.

His teammates put him into some tough situations against the clock, but Kobe made two or three amazing baskets down the stretch. The dunk on Nash capped off the night!

The Lakers were not settling for the 3 point shot last night and attacked the rim all night against Phoenix.

Big win for the Lakers now we need to hold home court!

You could tell Sasha was getting under Nash's skin a bit ... I know I was like the only Sasha believer here at JBB and I know its only one game, but there's room in this bandwagon .. kid has some moxie, lets hope he gets more PT in game 3...
