I am curious to see what adjustments if any Pjax makes during this game.
I really hope Smush stops acting depressed and gives it his all instead of having his head down like an emo..

I've suddenly got this feeling of victory. I don't know why but we're going to win. I'm feeling 100 times more confident of a victory.

I'm not sure who's going to win, but I want an exciting game. I'd love to see Nash and Kobe go at it in the final minutes with one of them outplaying the other in the end.

I hope this one goes down to the wire, and the Lakers ultimately win...but we'll have to wait and see

The perfect game for me would be Nash hitting the game-winner in double overtime and Raja Bell and Kobe getting in a fight right after to top it all off.

I think the Suns come into this game way overconfident, and the Lakers come in on a mission. Lakers by 9.

This game will either be extremely tight all the way through and one of the teams (can't say who) winning by a slim margin (1-3 points) OR it'll be a Phx blowout.

I don't expecvt the Lakers to blow them out, nor do I expect Pheonix to lose by anything other then 1 or 2 points. If the Lakers hold Phx to below 100, Lakers win.

99 is your guys lucky number-- your score in your three wins.

Suns are not way overconfident in this game. We have already played 2 games that were win or go home. This is the first time the Lakers will have that added pressure. Now the pressure is finally lifted off our backs because we have momentum, home-court advantage and we are pushing the tempo.

I don't know why you guys backed away from your gamplan, but outside of Luke, Odom, and Kobe your team seems to be lacking confidence. You guys totally changed your strategy for these last two-- No more Brian Cook, he killed us because he spread the floor, No more penetration and kick out, and how come you guys could not figure out the Nash and Diaw switch. Last game in OT we just did that over nad over, then when the double team came Laker rotation was bad and it left Tim Thomas wide open for the three.

I think the Lakers have lost sight of the Zenmasters plan-- The suns have finally started trusting our style again and what is scary is that for the first time in about 2 months the suns are playing like they did before the allstar break.

Its gonna be fun and I am willing to say that this will probably be the best series out of the entire 2006 playoffs!

Interesting view Scoth*, my take is the exact opposite. I watched the post game video of the Suns, they were very confident about their chances heading back to Phoenix. Right now they have all the momentum in the series and are expected to win this game.

I think the pressure has always been on Phoenix, because they've been the favorite through out this series. The Lakers blew a chance to close out the Suns, you could see the nerves tense up down the stretch for this young team. Now the Lakers are back to the underdog role, with nothing to lose. They've already gotten further than most expected.

It took Mike D'Antoni 4 games to counter the Lakers defensive scheme and exploit the Diaw-Nash pick and roll. This play was tough to defende because of the foul trouble Kwame and Odom put themselves in early in the game. They were hesistent to rotate over and help Smush defend the bigger player in fear of picking up another foul.

PJax is the premiere coach in the league at making adjustments, and I expect the Lakers to throw a different look at the Suns to disrupt their rhythm. I don't think D'Antoni will be able to counter what the Lakers are doing and I see the Lakers pulling off the shocker.

Might have to use a mix of Smush, Sasha, and Mckie against Nash. Smush in my opinion is the single factor for the Lakers (if everyone else plays as consistently as they have been) that is killing them. I agree that he needs to establish his game as early as possible.

Lakers can win tonight if they play their cards right..... IF not, well then Lakers did one hell of a job.... They suprassed all my expectations of this year and they quieted alot of sports writers and critics.

this is going to be an intense game for sure (at least i hope that's the case)

intriguing match up because of the heated MVP argument and also the raja bell incident etc etc etc

my prediction is suns win 98-89

this game technically won't go over 100 pts in regulation, as phil will try to play the lakers halfcourt game rather than trying to run with phoenix, which nobody can really keep up with in the league

anyways, i hope there won't be any controversial calls in game 7

Biggest game of the year and I'm stuck at work. [IMG]

I think it will be close but Phoenix has been playing well and all their main guys (Marion, Barbosa, Diaw) seem to be peaking at the right time.

Suns need to keep the tempo up and bait the Lakers into playing their type of game.

    Phoenix by 4 in OT.
