I haven't missed a Blazers playoff series in decades, so I don't plan on missing this. I sat out all night waiting for tickets to the Lakers/Blazers WCF matchup years ago.
I skipped a day of school to camp out in front of GI Joes when I was a junior in HS to get tickets for the Finals against the Bulls. Being as I was first in line I got tickets. Very last row in the MC on a wooden bench. The Statesman Journal came and took pictures and did a story. I figured it would be on the front page of the sports section. I thought wrong. It was on the front page of the whole freakin paper!!! When I got to school the next morning the attendance lady said I better have a good excuse as she was holding up the paper. I said that was my excuse.
Something to try... if you want tickets really bad, sign up for season tix, do the 12 pay, get your playoff tickets, and then cancel your 09/10 season after the playoffs are over... all you lose is one month of payments which will be way less than scalper prices for even one ticket.
Wait a second.. I can alrady buy season tix for next year? I am gonna buy some for next season, I just figured they wouldnt go on sale until all the relocation stuff.. but if I can already might as well already to it so I can get playoff tickets.
I have lower centers(pair) for all round 1 por home games. Sec 101 Row F $25 a ticket..pm if interested
If you are not already a season ticket holder then how would you get playoff tickets for this year by getting season tickets for next year?

Yeah, we can pick them up at the Lakers game on April 10th!! My wife is having a huge 50th birthday party on Friday April 24th, with a band and all. But I've got a bad feeling that we might have a game that night. Now, if we could get HCA it would be an away game and I could DVR it. Bottom line - my wife says I have to be at the party . . . Anybody know if home playoff games will be on KGW (or TNT) so I can at least DVR it (cough) comcast sucks (cough)?
I think 1st round games are pretty well televised.. especially with the 40 games in 40 nights thing on tnt.. I hope I'm right cause I cant get comcast... bastards.
