Well THAT would have made my searches a lot easier! Thanks! (I rarely go to NBA.com anymore.)

    Hello darkness, my old friend
It's a myth that all moving screens are illegal. This is the NBA rulebook on screens:

Most of Golden State's moving screens are in the same direction as the player being screened (I remember people complaining about Bogut's "stumble-back" screens last year). Every team uses these types of screens, because they're explicitly legal. Does Golden State set illegal screens that don't get called? Sure, every team does. But the idea that Golden State constantly sets uncalled illegal screens is based on the misunderstanding that all screens must be stationary.

Talent wins out in these kind of series...... nothing to be mad about or frustrated or look for somebody to blame. The team with more talent should win out in 4 or maybe 5.

If the Blazers push this series to 6 or 7, I will consider that a HUGE win for the franchise and a building block for next year. A fully healthy Nurkic with Dame, CJ, perhaps draft day trade for a starting caliber PF with a growing Vonleh backing up, along with a growing Crabbe/Harkless tandem at SF (I think Aminu, Turner, and Leonard are gone), and next year sets up nicely for a top-half finish in the West.

I am going to laugh so hard when CJ breaks Thompson's ankles not once but twice during this series.

I wonder what refs we are going to get? NBA will probably give us the three biggest assholes they can

Great point, and a question I've always had...

Is it basically the same rule for setting a screen as taking a charge? I.e., if you're "sliding into position" you can lay a bigger screen on someone, or if you lean back away from contact you're going to get called?

EDIT: Basically, Minstrel talked about this a few posts later, but I'm still intrigued by your take on it.

Insider article at ESPN.com says we have less than 1% chance of winning series, lol.
