Just so I dont sound like Im contradicting myself, because I kind of did. I think he (Jake) should get a little run see what he’s got, but I could see why Stotts wouldnt play him too.

I also get shortening the rotation but in my opinion Jake should get a couple minutes just on the rare chance he's in one of his "feeling it" grooves. If he's not then he can go back to the bench.

If you play Jake in this series then you don't play Meyers. One or the other. Zach moves to center and Jake plays the 4

Good example of jumping on a guy before the game is over. If Lillard has a bad game - 3,4 a year - 1) he’s allowed 2) it’s got nothing to do with effort or attitude.

But we played Collins and Meyers at the same time. Shouldve been Layman and Collins.

He was playing great up until this. I get that everything's magnified in the playoffs, but hes not even 21 and a half yet.

How many rebounds did Meyers get? The bigger issue in the 2nd quarter was the lack of scoring.

By the way, how about Playoff Aminu? Great game as usual. Terrific at the free throw line under pressure.

Thought I'd also add- how about those three charges Dame took? And his three steals? He's really become a better defender. Also, Westbrook shot 100% from FT line. That won't continue.

The Blazers lead the Thunder 1-0. That's all that matters

Yes he played great. No doubt. My concern was who would be the 3rd scorer. Today was Kanter, but we will still need Hark or Aminu to step up when Kanter does not....unless Hood can do it off the bench at SF.

Speaking of our crowd, it'd be nice if everyone in the crowd could wear the playoff shirts like the Jazz fans do. That shit would look sick.

What i watched was a Thunder team that looks tired and is dealing with nagging injuries. They will not get better during this series either as the Blazers are hitting them with everything. Every time either George or Westbrook were off the court they were immediately on ice. Westbrook's knees are not getting better. PG has a shoulder issue and his shot is showing it. Adams also is hurting. His Shoulder seems to be bothering him also. The Blazers absolutely need to win game two. If they can get the next game the task becomes too tough for guys with those kinds of nagging injuries.
I'm very proud of how hard this team worked out there today. They stepped up and played solid defense and never quit putting pressure on PG and Russ.

They had some real good looks that just didn't go. Everyone is talking about Dame's long three but that open corner three from Aminu would have sealed the deal also. CJ had a pretty good look with a minute left also and Harkless was open a few times.
