    What in your opinion, is a better equalisation strategy than a salary cap? A hard cap? The Australian NBL tried a points system for a few years. Every player was assigned a points value by league head office, and each team got a number of points to "spend". It lead to accusations of league head office undervaluing players that wanted to sign for big market teams. So the NBL reverted to a soft cap.

    2. This will motivate us
    3. Hopefully this will be what it takes to move on from the youth movement, make important decisions about this team and make a move
