I mean did our “momentum” help us after Game 2?

"I'm Kingspeed and I have to disagree with everything everyone says by posing statements with little context."

We were up 2-2 after game 4 that series with 2 out of 3 on the road.. Wed be up 3-1 in this series with 2 put of 3 at home.

Hopefully you can see the difference. Smfh.

We won at HOME then went on the ROAD.

Wed win on the ROAD and come HOME.

Why the hell do you always ignore context to try and argue some BS?

If we have home court: Gentleman's sweep so we can finish them off in front of the home crowd.

If not, 4-0. Don't let them breath. (And finish them off in front of the home crowd.)

There is such a thing as confidence though and momentum/ winning, can help increase that confidence into the next game.

    Same with losing.

Random thought but while a few of the OKC players are uhhh, interesting... I was pleasantly surprised the fans cheered for Kanter. All in all I think the OKC fans have been good fans.

You’re lost. I’m 2011, we won games 3 & 4 at home but that didn’t give us momentum going to Dallas in Game 5. OKC won’t have momentum going into Game 5 on the road if they’re 2-2 because I don’t think there is such a thing as momentum. We didn’t have momentum after game 2 of this series. In all the scenarios, I don’t believe there was momentum after two home wins.

What I’m saying is Dallas didn’t have “0 momentum” after Game 4 because there is no such thing as momentum. Just individual games.

Were all free to have opinions, but I think I disagree with your assertion there is no such as thing as momentum. The year the spurs beat miami what was that 5 years ago now? I thought that was a team that just had so much momentum it was like everything that could to right for them did go right them.

Doesn’t matter where the games are played. I don’t believe there is momentum in playoffs.

Yes it was 2014. I disagree with you but that’s cool. There are more examples of teams winning a couple home games and that having no impact on what happens in the next game. Score is 0-0 again. Spurs won that year because they were better by a mile. In my opinion.

I think both things matter but I'm also sort of superstitious about the Blazers...it's why I stopped doing the prediction game...

Of course there are examples of just about everything, we could probably go back and forth for a while. I dont believe winning a couple games means you’ll win the next, just think some times teams get really hot or cold and it can carry over between games.
Say OKC wins tomorrow that doesnt guarantee anything for game 5, I agree to that extent.

We can talk about Dame and Russ but I think the guy who is really pissed about game 3 and will beast is Terry Stotts….I don't think he's ever been as angry at refs as in that game
