One of the rare times you're wrong about stuff like that.

I can't tell if he just doesn't give a shit anymore, or if he's really that bad now.

I think he doesn't care. This was gift wrapped opportunity to show he still had it and he turned it down.

So did anyone else find it weird that Doc threw in the towel down 10ish with a couple minutes left?

    What was that?

I've been thinking this during the series but didn't want to say anything in case it was a fluke, but now I feel confident enough... Paul Pierce looks like he hasn't worked out in over a year. Like he fully embraced the veteran role to the point where he coasted through the summer and season.

The guy has 0 impact out there on the court, its like he's not even in shape enough to move off the ball so he almost never gets open, and when he does hes so rusty that he doesn't get good looks.

Refs tried that this game. They'll have to double their efforts to stop the Blazers in game six.

    Meh quit trollin'

Dame was fucking horrendous until he finally heated up late in the game. Early on I thought Austin Rivers was stealing his lunch it was that bad. Thank god he finally got some shots to fall and played like he normally plays.
CJ was awesome, sometimes I think he's got a better inside game then anyone on the team.
Plums was great snatching rebounds and doing the right things.
Aminu meh. Reminds me of Batum, hot-n-cold.
Hendo I feel was pretty solid.
Harkless monster. Loved watching him ball tonight.

    Free....throws.....wow....bad as DJ. LOL

Overall, it was a great game. I still don't understand how we haven't figured out that bringing the screen to the corner, or the hand-off near the corner is causing a worse double team. The guards picking up the ball way up top is just super frustrating as it puts so much pressure on others. But aside from those mistakes and some bad passes early on which were head scratchers, we cleaned up in the 2nd half and overcame the Clips. Luckily it was brick-city for the Clips most of the night... :)

Two "hot garbage" games in a row. And that's not directed at Dame, but the TEAM. But the only thing that matters is we won.

The only players who weren't hot garbage last night were CJ, Plumlee, and Harkless. Plumlee and Harkless - they've played their way into my heart! Early in the season I knew there was something special about Harkless - so happy for him that he's finally getting a shot. He's got to be our starting SF next season.

Thats why I always say CJ MIGHT be the best player on the team, if not he will be very very very soon

This feels like a dream, it's really wrong to celebrate CP and Blake's injuries, but in some way i feel as if this is some good karma coming back our way after the Oden\Roy era.

Apart from that, I don't like playoffs-Dame so much, he plays Russian roulette while the rest of the team is playing safe basketball.

Blake threw in the towel once CP3 went down. If CP3 didn't break his hand Blake would still be playing. But why risk aggravating an injury for a team with no chance, and who you're not going to play for next season? Basically, he's this year's LMA - except he's really good at basketball.

Come on now, LMA is really good at basketball too. Stop discounting him.

LMA is a very good player, but didn't he sorta discount himself when he took less money and a smaller role to flee to SA?

LMA is clearly better than Blake "No Footwork" Griffin.
