A guard in jail is just like a police officer on the street. In fact the other day as I was going to jail I saw police on the street and then when I got to jail I saw a guard and said hey I just saw you on the street. I think it's fair we categorize all "rescuers" in general as "police officers" and call them all murders because that is what they are.
