I'm glad it's his left shoulder and not his right shoulder but yeah we're in trouble if he can't go.

You're projecting here ….I never predicted anything...if anyone is making predictions it's you saying we'll get destroyed by Denver....I chose SA as a preference and stated my reasons....Kingspeed is a fan, I'm a fan....you have a problem with that it's on you...I simply saw your post as pure negative affirmation concerning our ability to defend the paint against Denver. I don't see it that cut and dried. The entire NBA has underestimated the Blazers for years....time for them all to eat some crow. I believe this team can get to the WCF....my team's earned that. Also be careful saying we're the ONLY ones who believe....I think the entire team believes.

There's a massive difference in believing in the team and believing Meyers Leonard can stop Jokic. You clearly cannot see the distinction.

who the fuck said we could stop Jokic…..? I specifically said Jokic will get his...and also said Chief and Mo can bother the hell out of him....Meyers has played pretty solid D and I also said...Meyers has virtually no miles on him...he's fresh and healthy...I don't see the disaster and long ago moved on from the Meyers isn't good enough narrative..defense is a "team" skill...and we're playing "team defense" better than in the past....nobody is calling Meyers the answer by any stretch...Will Barton is playing like steaming dog shit right now

guarding someone doesn't mean stopping them....but hey....you need to believe Jokic is our Kryptonite...good luck with that.

you clearly wouldn't acknowledge it anyway...I can see a lot of scenarios...you are the one having trouble seeing the one I presented and seem to be giving KS some bs about his opinion...that's all you got..it's speculation..what you're saying is you don't respect my opinion...far enough...I don't believe we're getting destroyed by Jokic anymore than Paul George.

Not sure what you want me to acknowledge or why you're getting so flustered. It's OK to admit that Jokic is gonna dominate our non-Nurk centers. We can say as much and still be "fans."

    sheesh

    OR...
Maybe, just like the Great Popp is doing, we let Jokic run wild and shut down the rest.
That's the formula to beat Denver.

I really want Denver now... I’m having flashbacks to a time where Dame sent a team home with a single shot, and played a Spurs team coming off a seven game series..

I agree with Riverman. Stopping Jokic or LMA will be a team effort, and the stats show that this effort is much improved when Meyers is in the game. Yuyuza1, you do not acknowledge the team defense that was so effective in recent games and that team chemistry along with determination is sufficient to beat either DEN or SAS, and on to the WCF and NBA Title. With the optimum combination of Enes and Meyers alternating at Center, and hustle defense by all Blazers, all NBA teams are beatable!

Turncoat, Derozan, and Gay are not the same as Duncan, Ginobli and Parker.

    Give me SAS

sure it's ok....voice all the opinions you want but respect those that have other opinions and we're good.....only kingspeed and riverman would....blah blah..blah...you call somebody out, you might not get the response you were looking for but believe me...it's not me being flustered about it...I'm frickin' thrilled with the Blazers. Kingspeed is cheering away...I for one, appreciate that.

Homecourt advantage please. They are both tough teams. I like our chances against both at home a lot better than on the road.

Either team, but voted SAS because of home court.
