Sergio simply passed it to Rudy because that's who he favors. Outlaw and Roy have been the closers for this team the past two years. I find it hard to believe Nate wouldn't draw up a play where Roy or Outlaw wouldn't touch the ball.
Lack of sharing the ball and walking it up the court killed us. Some guys are thinking about their own stats way too much right now. Can't wait til after the Allstar break.
I suggest you ask Nate, because you're wrong. Rudy was 4-7 on 3's at that point, Travis 1-5. No other Blazer made a 3 tonight.
BTW, who were the people a couple of weeks ago who were claiming we shouldn't bother trading for Gerald Wallace, we didn't need him, he wasn't an upgrade, etc?
Roy did nothing in the first quarter as Oden was dominating/stagnating the offense in his one-dimensional offensive game. I blame this loss on Nate for continuing to feed a Foul Machine to the detriment of his usual offense.
Once again, do you think that was the shot Nate wanted? That was NOT a good shot. I don't think anyone has a problem with Rudy shooting it, but the way it happened was not planned.
I blame whomever made the rims, clearly there were some kind of anti-blazers shenanigans going on with them every time the Blazers stepped up to the line.
Just as valid, I suppose. I'd bench Oden at this point though and start Przy. Let Oden dominate the second unit with his limited offensive game. I doubt there is a second unit in the NBA who could control him.
How much would Oden's ego hurt if he were sent down to the DL? He's not giving us anything right now.
Felton 7 assists, 1 stl, 2blks Bayless 0 assists, 0 stl, blocked twice by Felton All I'm saying is Bayless = SG, not PG He had a decent game, but it cost us a win only having a PG out there for 21 mins in a 53 minute game.
