    Yep. I could probably figure it out if I had the time. A comment on the Oregonian article mentions the location, but I didn't recognize (and now can't remember) the name. Seems like the article should have included such basic data.

    I'm only familiar with federal plans which are not open to the public, or at least the ones I worked on were not open to the public.

    I read the report and it seems like they plan to connect to existing pipes supplying water to Portland.
