Not as a prospect, just as a player in general. I think he's going to make an impact in the league, just not on the scale everyone is predicting.

Well in the way I use the terms, "player" is the current value a player has, and "prospect" is the net present value of the player: what his likely career production level is.

It's possible you were commenting just on what he did this past year, in which case I kind of agree with you. If you're talking about his future prospects, then we disagree :)

I was talking about him this past year.

Although still, my expectations of him in the future are likely less than yours.

I hope KP doesn't chase Turkoglu. He will take all our cap room and he wasn't worth the contract Orlando offered at 5 years 35 mil. 50 mil to increase our scoring, but add fouls to Greg, Joel and LMA and increase the other teams score. I don't think we were a terrible offensive team last year. I Like Turkoglu at a smaller price and a smaller role. I just think because this is a terrible FA market, teams will overpay for a player in the Eastern conference that is just a above average player.
I liked the Hinrich and Deng rumor much more because it won't hurt of defense, and Deng when healthy can create his own shot.

If HP signs Hedo then you'd be looking at a lineup of:

    PG: Deep Blue
    SG: HAL
    SF: Hedo
    PF: I-Phone
    C: Rack mounted server.

I mean yeah they got some real speed especially at center and Deep Blue has had some success against humans in the past (Deep Blue Vs. Kasparov) but I just don't think that an HP assembled team can compete in the NBA...

Oh did you mean KP? Wow, ok well maybe I need to stop doing inhalants.

I think his past season was pretty decent for a 19 year old rookie some flashes of brilliance. It's the physical gifts and the defensive timing and IQ he showed that make me think he has a very high ceiling (Prince). I mean he has like a what 7 foot 3ish wing span? That's out of this world for a SF. He's like Durant if he played defense and was a sub-par shooter. Ok so he's very little like Durant other then frame regardless wingspan wow!

HP can't get Deep Blue from IBM and iPhone from Apple. Trades are all well and good, but why would they give up their superstars to allow HP to field an All-Tech Show team?

Well let's face it IBM took on some really questionable contracts in the late 1930's and early 1940's. I think it's more of a salary dump and now that Deep Blue is out of the media spotlight I think HP can make a move. The I-Phone is a bit trickier and lets face it HP hasn't put together a quality product in years...

Jornada had such potential, but never panned out. I think it was Spanish...

I still have a 680 somewhere... I also have my old trusty 200LX which is pretty much the GOAT.
