If it's dirt cheap not involving Batum, Bayless, Roy, Aldridge, Oden, Rudy, Outlaw, Webster. Kirk's value couldn't be lower right now. He's been atrocious.
Portland wouldn't. Przybilla's value is a lot higher than Hinrich and Joel is a lot more important to this team than Hinrich would be.
Fine, that makes everyone on your team off limits, so there are no trades that can possibly be made by any team with the Portland Trail Blazers...that is the team, that according to my power rankings, is currently the 27th best team in this season, only ahead of the Kings, Clippers, and Wizards.
It's not that everyone is untouchable, it's that Kirk doesn't warrant most of our players. You're not trading the Kirk Hinrich of three years ago, you're trading the Kirk Hinrich of the present, and that's not a good thing.
given the situation joel is untouchable. we only have 2 centers and one hasnt completed a whole game yet
I'm almost of the opinion that Fernandez and Batum should be untouchable. Fernandez i know has only played five games but he looks to be an excellent player with a high probability of going special. If he and Roy can learn to play in the same backcourt. Watch out. Batum is 19 and they already have him starting. Note that he was in at the end of the game guarding McGrady. Quite simply his ceiling is unbelievable and its alrady not a stretch to assume he can become an above average NBA starter in a amtter of years. With the talent surrounding him he doesn't even need to be a great scorer but his shot has looked pretty good so far and will only get better.
outlaw covered mcgrady after batum got his 5th foul with about 4 minutes left in the 4th. Aldridge got mcgrady a couple of times at the end on a switch. Batum only got back in on the play where Ming hit the last second shot.
You are a mind reader ... I worry a little about his durability, but a lot of his injuries came when he was forced to play out of position at the 4 ... But, damn he'd be a great get.
