Probably not, but the choice wasn't between Blake or a franchise-changing superstar. All you can do is take a good core and keep making incremental additions to it until you find an opportunity to make a major change. That may be a draft pick that pans out well past expectations or a young player suddenly flourishing or finding a disgruntled star that you can offer the right pieces to acquire.

I have to admit to being rather self-satisfied for predicting their point totals before they even suited up. Oh yeah. Kaman has surprised me, though, with how skilled he is. I really think if Aldridge went down for an extended period we could recoup a lot of his lost productivity by playing Kaman more.
