I believe you can scroll back up to see how the conversation evolved. It's all still there.

    :dunno:

Don’t ask how something relates to the topic if you’re unwilling to review the conversation.

talk about basketball and there will be a conversation...make judgements and assumptions about me and there is no point. I've made that clear...start a thread about Meyers and Oden if you like...don't ever start one about me

The assumptions/conclusions that you made about Bones because he hadn't posted in your thread about your health were soooooo much worse than any assumptions that I drew about your opinions on the players. Mine was related to basketball. Yours was calling out the kind of person that he is. So maybe think again before pulling the moral high ground bucko.

bones has poked at my threads for years....I shouldn't have brought that up...I'll say the same to you...just don't engage my threads for the purpose of amplifying disrespect...it's too bad....attack my posts all you like, but don't attack me dude...we're done. I'm going to enjoy the season no matter how many people tell me not too. I'll cheer for team until I don't have reason to

I want you to get better dude. I'm not trying to attack you personally. My posts were about your opinions on our players. That's not meant as an attack on you. I apologize if they're coming across that way.

I think it's an insurance policy in case a trade in the works doesn't come to fruition

PapaG is basically gone. He didn't play a single minute in SL game 5, and not because of injury.

Too bad he sucks, I had a great nickname all lined up for him - Freak Dad (Papa of Giannis.... :) )

Not only that, he also had the nickname of a banned RIPCity2 poster. It's tough to lose a board resource like that.

I've never called you out on a personal level, and the last time I discussed anything with you personally, I was responding to one of your posts where you were talking about your life story/all the things you currently do, and I responded by telling you how it was extremely interesting. No reply, but that's fine. I'm not out here to disrespect you or attack you personally. Nobody is telling you to not enjoy the season. I don't see basketball aspects the same way you do, that's fine, I didn't r I'm more analytical and judgemental of players and moves, while you're supportive. I do think you take basketball opinions and differences within them a little too personally, but I'm sure some would say the same about me, even though I try not to. I poke at some of your basketball takes, as you do mine, and it's completely fine! I wish it could be left at that.

So there we have it. Oden never got better and the pick was wasted.
Meyers has been extremely slow to improve and not only does everyone know it but a bunch are sick and tired of waiting for him. We pretty much all still hope he becomes a better more reliable player that the team can use and or becomes valuable enough to trade. But then if that happens then maybe they should keep him if he is earning his paycheck?
Papa G is young and isn't very good. He did get a few minutes in summer league but didn't really have a chance to shine. Two options could happen. He could get sent away of be involved in trade or he could continue to spend time on the bench.

Have i got all that covered? I think we all agree on this? Let me know if i'm wrong here?

Papa G has been a huge disappointment. At one point I thought he had a chance to jump ahead of Meyers as the third center. Summer league doesn’t do bigs any favors but papa G looked slow and showed no instincts defensively.

Oh well, on to the next project.

In Summer League, he was a foul machine. Someone should bring up each game's boxscore, total, and tell us his fouls per minute. His movement must get sharper.

Just say: Riverman is right that The Hulk needs more years to learn. NateBishop is right that that time should be spent in Europe. Then, The Hulk should try some NBA team again.
