    I wouldn't.....before or after tonight's game. I wouldn't.

I was hoping the Blazers would pull it out tonight, make a statement to the league, and propel themselves in to the upper echelon of the Western Conference. Wishful thinking, to be sure. We are what we are. But I want more, obviously.

8th in the west. And I have absolutely no problem with that. 50 wins. 9 game improvement from last year. I'll take it. Here's to Phoenix finding a way to continue to lose.

Of COURSE it's a discussion. They're only a half game above us and we've each won on the other's court in very close games. I can see you liking the Rockets more but to say it's not a discussion is ridiculous.

It was just one game. What if we won tonight and then lost 4 in a row? Tonight's game is just one game. We are 1-1 against Houston and we're only a half game below them. And we're only 1.5 games behind 3rd place Denver. We're still right there. Don't give up on the team merely because of one game.

Big picture, Speed, big picture. We could easily go 0-3 on this trip. That would be huge in the standings, and, huge for the Blazers confidence (in a bad way). The Blazers just aren't good enough to beat the better Western Conference teams on the road. In fact, without looking at the schedule, the Blazers haven't beaten one Western Conference Playoff team on the road this season. That's troubling, man.

    Exactly.

Dude, we lost one game by 4 points tonight and you already have us going 0-3??? One game at a time, please.

How anyone can argue that Houston is clearly better than us when the two games have been decided by 2 and 4 points, with one team winning each, and the two teams being apart by 1/2 game is beyond me. Get that crap outta here.
