No way this happens. J-Will and Ricky Davis combine for over 15 million dollars in salary cap relief this summer, and the Heat could try to make a run at Elton Brand this summer or choose to resign Shawn Marion. Riley would have to be senile to do this deal.

I'd hate to give Vince away in a Gasol-type trade especially since he started to take his game up a level starting about 2 weeks ago. I'm honestly starting to believe that Vince's fugazy play was injury related, and he's starting to shake that. It's a tough decision alright, since even during his slumps Carter can still put up numbers (albeit a low FG%)...I guess I don't bite on a trade unless I can get a deal similarly to Kidd's. Oh and for JO? HELL no. At least Carter can walk out on the to court and play.

why nobody is talking about how Frank changed the offense this year and vinces ppg is down and our wins our down? who knows...
I would like to know who is Thorn going to sign in the off season to replace Vince if he is traded ? All his detractors are talking about how great it would be to have the cap space and how it would be great to just get rid of Vince but not one person is mentioning what players or player would be brought in to replace Vince Carters production
