Now word is that Trashman does not want to commit to 3 years for Happ. How could Trashman give CC an extra year and has great difficulty pitching 5 innings; yet, Happ has capability to pitch more innings with better results? My opinion is CC should not even be on the team with his limited innings. Happ should be. What exactly is Trashman’s plan?
