    ha.

Well, I can't believe the Philly one to be a trap. I mean, I thought they would be much better than they are, but that defense is bad, and gives up a TON of points. So.

Not saying I agree. I just answered what I think his reasoning is. Portland is hungry right now, and baring no injuries, they should dominate every team in the league. (Knock on wood)

Dallas... win, home game and just too many shooters for the mavs to handle.
Utah... win, really anyone that thinks that their home court is going to make a difference didnt watch the game last night.
Houston... win, could go either way going with the revenge seeking home team.
Philly... win, Blazers are just a better team.
Detroit... loss, Drummond and Monroe have the ability to get our bigs in foul trouble on the road.
Cavs... win, but this team has what has given us trouble, a ball dominant PG that can get into the key at will.
Minny... win, LA should have a huge game.
N.O. ... win, no brow no chance.
Clips... win, if it was in Staples it would be different, but at the RModaG Chris cant beat us.
Heat... loss, LeBron gets up for the big games and if my predictions are right this will be a huge NBA game James goes off.

    So 8-2; 25-5 helluva 30 game stretch.

It's probably a good thing because it calms down some of the fans that were spinning off the planet with their crazy predictions.

I thought we could beat Dallas, and hitting those FT's (Wright missing 2, Batum missing 2) we would have. I don't think this loss is indicative of any slide... just really small things to work on, IMO.

I don't think it indicates a slide. I think we were playing in a back to back and Rick Carlisle has our number. We had to beat them at the buzzer last year. This team is extremely hard to beat for us.

With that said, our bench is extremely troubling.

When you're entire starting 5 sits for a quarter the night before, the back to back excuse goes out the window.

Buzzer beaters happened. It's just one of those losses that come up. I am worried about nothing.

... Well, maybe except for the bench. And by the bench, I mean Mo.

Regardless of sitting, it's hard to get up for a second of a back to back. The starters brought the energy tonight. It was the bench that just completely crapped the bed, and it's been a trend.

I may just start investigating bench players for other teams and see if we can't dig out some gems.

I love Isiah Thomas... Still no idea why he isn't starting over Vasquez? Defense?

I was a little worried about the Dallas game. They were playing well lately and we completely blew Utah out. I thought we were gonna win, but just didn't want to accept it.

As crappy as we played and still up 106... I have no problems with this game other than the turnovers and bench. Well, and the easy lay ins we always seem to give up.

All those things can be shored up. And again, we have a nice team to re-energize ourselves with, so I'm not worried in the least.

We need games like this to keep us humble. We should bounce back and win at least another 4 in a row
