    But seriously, Johnson is supposed to put up 34 points in playoff games. Look at his paycheck.

    Indy had 2 good players at every position. These guys have at least 4 guys who are as good or better than Granger.

    They beat us like a rug on our home court.

    I will. I didn't see anything in Game 1 that has changed my mind about how this series will turn out.

    Yeah, I don't know. I'm strangely calm. But I'm not sure if that's indifference (for some strange reason) or supreme confidence. I think it's confidence. But I'm also aware that Derrick Rose is 22 years old. He shouldn't be doing any of this, and maybe, he won't. Can't complain. It's been a great ride thus far, and I won't wonder if it isn't all too much, though we hope he remembers his mantra and asks once more, "Why can't that be me shooting 12 of 18 and getting my teammates all involved?"

    Obviously, Nostradamus I am not.

    Yeah, well I clearly didn't see game 1 coming. Am I still supremely confident? Hell no. Dammit, I've been both chastened and educated in a decidedly uncomfortable way and I don't like it, but have to respect it.

    I believe two things:

    - The Bulls are a better team than the Hawks.

    - A 7-game series much more often than not is won by the better team.

    This said, you still have to beat your opponent on the floor. I wanted it to be easy for the Bulls, but it's "game on, girlfriend." I boldly predicted a sweep, so I am clearly an idiot and know nothing about basketball. Fine. I've returned to total fan mode and am praying, wishing and hoping that my Bulls prove to be the better team.
