<div class="quote_poster">Quoting "olskoolFunktitude":</div><div class="quote_post">i didnt miss many games of any team in the atlantic divisiion, when id miss a game by one team whatching another id whatch it later on NBA TV. ididnt miss many games. u probably missed one or two net games. after all youre a knicks fan right?? DAVID ROBINSON has more heart than new jerseys starting five. he trulyt is achampion</div>

i dunno if you read me saying the but i said layden sickens me and i will not watch a knick game untill he drafts a person and keeps it or at least trade it for a decent player LOL@david robinson being a "true champion" yea they won a championship in a lockout year....whoaaa id admit he was a good player but "Was" is not now why dont we both shut up untill we actually see the matchups and both teams weaknesses ok? talking all this"spurs win the finals in a sweep" isent verry accurate untill we see how they actually play

youve seen how they play all year!! who CARES if he won in a lockout shortened season he still won. everyone else was trying to win too. He may not be as good as he used to be but he has more heart in his toe than new jersey has on its team. hes gonna do big things when they matter most and will retire as a champion like he deserves

Spurs in 6. I'm being generous to the Nets, even though the Spurs could do it in 5.

How can TD keep up with an Athletic player like KMart. TD is my favourite player, but come on, Kmart is way to quick for the spurs. I would like to see the Spurs try to keep up with the Nets. Go Nets!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!! [IMG] youre worried about DUNCAN not being able to KEEP UP with KENYON MARTIN!!! oh my goodness gracious thats a riot. hahaha.....Tim Duncan is one of the most athletic and dominant players in the league. hes the MVP he led the spurs to victorys over the SUNS the LAKERS and the MAVERICKS ALL of whom are good enough to beat anyone in the east. Tim Duncan outdid Amare, Shaq, and Dirk (for a couple games anway) kenyons biggest challenge was antoine walker. its a laughable missmatch. youre not going to convince ANYONE that that matchup is an edge for the NETS. kmart is lucky if he doesnt get obliterated

[IMG] olskool that was great, but I do hear what they're trying to say, Kmart is athletic, but he wont be able to defend Tim Duncan even if he tried his best.

(i still like Kmart, but TD will mash him)

oh man kmart vs duncan is HUGE EDGE for SPURS. duncan has mad skillz, i just think the nets are going to take it at him every chance they get and get him into foul trouble. that or simply outrun the spurs to death like they've been doing to other teams. spurs are extremely vulnerable to small ball.

These are the matchups in terms of speed not who is better.

Jkidd/Tony Parker=TP is faster (not better dont blow up)
    Kerry Kittles/Stephen Jackson=Stephen Jackson
    Richard Jefferson/Bruce Bowen=RJ
    Kenyon/Tim=Kenyon
    Collins/Robinson=Robinson

Both of these teams are fast, Spurs could easily catch the nets.

The Spurs are just much more talented, more tough, smarter, better coached, and have more heart than the nets. they are just a much better team. you konw because they won much more games against much harder competition.

yea, spurs just have to watch the fast break. i think they can deal with it. they slow the game down, and will slow the nets down

Both these teams have to watch each others fast break, Stephen Jackson and Tony Parker can fly, they're both so fast. I think the spurs can stop the nets fast break just because they're smart on defense, and they worked against the suns and mavs fast break.
