Yeah Pats 3-0 in last 3 SBs & the Bills are what 0-4 overall Just had to shove that in your face. lol
3-0 in three of the last 4. BTW, no team has ever even made it back to their third after winning the first two in a row. and I really doubt you guys are gonna do that. You'll have to go through Buffalo and the Jets twice (ok, the Jets are overhyped so nevermind) and a Miami team that seems to give you guys headaches. I think we may finally split with you guys - taking our home game and losing our road game to you guys.
Bills give us fits most every year. If ur OL can protect JP then u have a chance. Jets maybe overhyped but KC D is much improved. I don't see how they lose the west title.
after week 1, I've been seeing more and more people on various boards/media outlets starting to tip their hats to the Bills as the ones most likely to challenge NE for the AFC East crown. Unfortunately it's mostly our D that has them enamoured - but them not seeing the potential on our O and the fact that Losman has shown what a legitimate run threat he is and that he can make teams pay with his arm isn't necessarily a bad thing - let them overlook us on the O side of the ball, it will play into our favor. Yeah he didn't put up big numbers in that game, but he played almost completely mistake free ball and that's all we really need from him (we may need to turn him loose a little against you guys though since you seem to have the least trouble moving the ball on our D then any other team in the league the last 2 years - minus our season opener against eachother 2 years ago).
I think i need to see much more from the O to give them props. 1 TD is not enough. The D though is great and ive always agreed tht theyre good.
It was his first real game. What did Roethlisberger do his first game? I'll bet you anything he had very similar numbers. BTW, I could care less if we kicked 10 field goals a game - if we can beat teams by simply scoring field goals, then so be it - I'll take an ugly, UGLY win over a close loss any Sunday of the year.
I need to see a little more of that offense before I jump on that wagon. I always thought of Houston as a bottome half football team anyways. If they can start strong they'll be in it cause JP can only progress has the season grows and if they get confiedence you never know BUT I don't see Buffalo challenging NE yet.
