Sounds like the name of a racist fantasy football team.

I'm definitely reading into it. I don't see who Leonard pushes out of the regular rotation. When Vonleh returns it only gets harder to see where he goes.

I think the Theory of Leonard is much more valuable than the Actual Leonard. If we bench him for a few months, the Blazers can hopefully spin his lack of P/T into something related to the emergence of our youngsters. Leonard is a 7 footer who can show you in practice that he has Very Large Muscles and a great three point shot. Theoretically, he could have value to some teams.

However, if you put him out there on the court and he does just as badly as he always has, well, it'll look even worse in contrast to competent guys like Swan, Collins, Davis and to a lesser extent Vonleh.

Using Leonard theoretically is our only hope.

The minutes were deceiving last night. ED only played 8. I would think that come regular season Meyers could be our 3rd string center behind ED. Only playing if there is an injury or foul trouble.

Everyone else (Vonleh, Swanigan, Collins, and Aminu are battling for time at PF. (Although Aminu can slide to the 3) Maybe Collins can get minutes at center, but I prefer him at PF for now.

What I read into all of this is that it's preseason, and the coaches are evaluating players, roles, combinations and rotations. That's it. And so what if the starters played half-assed and toyed with them? It's preseason.

I don't get the reference, but "4th Reich" would be a natural for the white closers. Yeah, that ain't gonna happen.

The best place in this world is the Yankees out of the playoffs.

The red sox are out so I'm already happy.

I'm thinking that Leonard's new role should be a ZC's personal strength and conditioning coach!

Nurk has always liked to flop, it's hilarious. Refs fall for it and opponents get annoyed. Hate the game not the player.

You are only good at flopping until the refs actually watch film. Once they get embarrassed they tend to stop believing you even when it is a foul. Unless you are a super star, (or play for certain teams) then you get away with shit regardless.
