That's just a symptom, the result of the disease. The root of the problem is that since the late 1800's white men have invented and pursued drug laws designed to put minorities in jail. Targeting them. It's done so sweet it has to be a plan.You're pretty much locked up on this one. The drug "war" is a complete farce. The cultivators of illegal drugs operate with impunity. Minorities (particularly black men) are the ONLY casualties. Or maybe it's just an unfortunate accident of fate. Right.
