Obama's within 50,000 votes now. Hopefully he pulls this thing off. (Obama was down way more, with less to report in Missouri...of course he started picking up 80+% of the vote in the remaining areas then, for the narrow victory).
Fox News and CNN (Clinton News Network) have both ceded the nomination to Obama pretty much, finally putting out that it is near impossible for her to win. Great night for Obama. If he squeaks out Indiana, will she drop out? I think Edwards may endorse Obama really soon...Gore still a longshot, but he said he still might endorse. Indiana just became too close to call on MSNBC...was Too Early to Call before.
Some precincts are busier than others -- he doesn't need 80%. We'll see how this shakes out. It all depends on by how many votes he wins Lake.
52-48 lead now. 41,468 vote margin. I think this will be withing 10,000 votes, but Barack will just come up short.
Hillary's lead down to 35,500; Lake County still not in . . . at all. Obama camps thinks they're going to be 10,000 short. He needs to win 55% of the remaining vote to pull this off. I hate Rush Limbaugh with all my heart.
So there are going to be close to 1.3 million people voting in the Democratic primary. 1.48 million people voted for Bush in Indiana in 2004...how can the Republicans not be scared for the GE?
Bill and Chelsea out there with her. She's gonna concede, I can feel it! EDIT: Nevermind, she's just going to continue to lie through her teeth. Bill has that look of "this is a sunken ship, maybe I should jump on the Obama ship" Pretty bold claiming victory in Indiana. Will be embarrassing if she loses.

LOL Hey, Obama just won the MVP!</div> You have to admit, he pretty much has. He's even beating Hillary now with that fake Michigan vote included. Whatever Clinton does doesn't matter anymore, and Barrack has regained his lead on McCain (in fact, he's building on it the last couple of days) in national polls.

Don't get your panties in a bunch. There was a pretty sizable portion of the electorate who said regardless of who they voted for, they would vote for McCain in the fall. This includes the Limbaugh democrats to an extent; but I think there is an even larger portion who just were excited that their votes actually counted in a presidential election. Texas is in play. Indiana, not so much.
And it begins. Clinton 51% Obama 49% Difference: 19,790. Someone is getting fired at CBS (they called the race for Clinton within an hour).
The Barrack Boiler room apparently told MSNBC/etc. that their latest estimate was that they lost Indiana by 15,000. Superb night for Obama.
If Lake holds he's won by about 40,000 votes. The dead people from Chicago are canceling out the Limbaugh vote.
85-90% turnout in Gary. That is power Barack's organizing efforts bleeding over from Chicago. (or dead people).
From Chuck Todd on MSNBC: Including Florida and that BS Michigan vote, Obama still leads by 100 delegates and 200,000 thousand in the popular vote. Hah.
Hahaha. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Hammond Mayor Thomas McDermott Jr., a supporter of Democratic presidential candidate U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton denounced it Wednesday as a shameless political power play. "To me it seems like an orchestrated effort on behalf of the Obama campaign to take kids who should be in school learning to read and write, instead giving them a day off and telling them to vote for Obama. "When you corral kids together and ship them to polling places, it's completely unethical." McDermott said. The mayor does not appear to have been bothered by this practice in the past. Washington said Lew Wallace students have been bused to Crown Point to vote for three years now.</div>
