He's also been to a conference finals with Milwaukee.

It's not Ray Allen's fault a stupid play by Glenn Robinson caused the Bucks to lose in the semi-finals against the 76ers and cost the Bucks a chance to the finals, and that he's never played with a above average PF/C in his career. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (NYK @ Jun 21 2007, 06:19 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I couldnt have said it better lol. The same Allan Houston that would never take a hard foul or go inside? The same Allan Houston who rarely looked for open teammates or wouldn't go inside for a rebound? Ray Allen is simply better at everything on the basketball court than Allan Houston, except shooting the ball from the perimeter, and even that is a rather small difference. No question. You put Ray Allen on a team with John Starks, Larry Johnson, Charles Oakley and Patrick Ewing and see if they don't win some games, give me a damn break, just because guy has unfortunatly not had the best talent around him doesn't make him a 'loser' or not a leader.
Rip a shooter, huh? This was the first season where he wasn't abysmal from beyond the arc and he only took 129 3PA. How is he in this debate of shooters. Even Houston is really a streach, lame topic. Ray Allen no debate, no question.
Are u crazy!! This tipoic isnt about who is the better three point shooter. Rip is so clutch and perfect at hitting mid range jumpers!
If this is about who was the best three point shooter, then I am easily taking Ray Allen. If this is about who I would rather have on my team, or who I think is better for a team, then it's easily Richard Hamilton. First and foremost he plays better defense than either one of those two do. Personally I think his man to man is a bit overrated, but he is still better defensively than those two are. Offensively, He moves the best without the ball and keeps the other teams 2-guards from being able to rest on defense much better than those other two do. Which means even when he is having an off night, he keeps his man moving and unable to help out with the other guys on defense as much. He has gotten much better at being able to pass off of those mid range curls that he would usually just shoot off of. Of the three, he is the one that seems the most multi-dimensional, and the one I would rather have of the three.Allan Houston, I was never that high on him, and would rank him much lower than the other two.
