As opposed to some pie I the sky in which everyone is healthy? That never happens. A 10 win improvement would be significant, and you're expecting more. You're setting yourself up for disappointment. Have fun with that.

If we work something out with LA, who can we reroute incoming players to?

    Does Russell have any value?
    Does Rui?
    Does Gabe Vincent?
    Does Jarred Vanderbilt?

Again your opinion. But if im wrong im wrong, not a disappointment, just an adjustment of expectations.
But right now, Im no more wrong than you are right.

i think we could have had ten more wins last year if we played out.
Of course no one team is healthy all season top to bottom, but if you think that all the players that sat last year were truly injured, i have a bridge id like to sell ya.

Yes, I believe we could have won 35 games laster year as is and didn't sit players.
Yes i believe if we don't sit players this year, that scoot, sharpe(growth) and deni will get us 5 more wins, putting us close to .500 as is. Thats play in level.

I know im optimistic. I find it much more satisfying than being negative, especially when neither are proven correct yet.

I'm sure they all have some level of value. With Russell as an expiring, I'd try to see if anyone was looking to get off any longer salary to get assets out of them.

Vanderbilt is an exceptional defender. Rui gives a lot of what Grant does but less scoring and more rebounds and less cash. Grant and Ant could take over a game every once in a while. Rui and Vanderbilt cannot, DLO could now and then probably. I would rather have Knecht however than Dlo or Vincent. Dlo clears salary however. Such a deal makes LAL better offensively, imho, but does the team really get better? Not convinced they would do it. On the other hand they give up 2 FRP and Rui and Vandi (plus two one year rennells to be jettisoned by POR) for two very nice players in Ant and Grant on multi-year deals. Depends if Lebron and Bronny give them the go-ahead.

If a Laker deal happens, I still want Knecht

I'd love two picks. Would totally settle on a pick and a swap. Would also settle for a pick and Knecht.

    The fillers are irrelevant.

If this Wolves-Knicks trade is…as is, there is nothing more to see here. I will see if I can find out anything

Are you insinuating that Portland might have been brought in as a 3rd or 4th team?
