Keep pat, make Meyers play outfield. Or sell hotdogs. Whatever

On a side note, I know a guy that played football at Florida Atlantic University. He tore his ACL but thought that it was just a sprain. So he played through it and seemed fine. Then he continued to work out in the offseason. He basically just never stopped.

Over a year after he tore it, he had an MRI for his ankle (I think it was his ankle, might've been his other knee) and they saw that his ACL was torn. After they did surgery and rehab, he was never able to get back to what he was. And he wished that he never knew he tore it.

Oooooooh, good job for him. He can sit at those tables dog groomers stand at. Won't hurt his back.

I can see Meyers playing outfield, getting a late break on the ball and then swatting at air with his glove hand as the ball goes over the fence.
Clearly he's a dual contract athlete.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in volleyball they actually want you to make contact with the ball when you swing at it, say, to make a spike. Yes?

Don't watch it much but I've seen them have multiple people jump to try and trick or distract the other team. Meyers does that accidentally when the rebounds are up for grabs.

Nah. He has decent hands. He would catch the fly ball on a sacrifice fly easily, then he would pump fake the throw to home 3 times before throwing it randomly to the short stop.

Aldridge would also be a great outfielder, as long as MLB adopted a new rule that you don't have to catch the ball cleanly the first time, ya know.
