Seems like they only get mentioned when everybody is getting injured, but just wanted to give Geoff Clark and his staff some love for his off the court work. The NBA’s COVID protocols are rigid to say the least. A TON of red tape and daily procedures we have to go through. We check in daily on the health app…..We have nurses that travel to give us the tests. The league stepped up the holiday testing, with players being around their families, it makes sense. Out here on the road, we have these meeting rooms/halls used JUST for COVID testing. Obviously wish we didn’t have to go through this, but nice to know its being run so smooth and by the books. I know that all our staff and players are vaccinated, couldn’t imagine what the teams are doing with some of the holdouts. As I type this, one of the tests from the team/crew could come back positive obviously, but I’m glad the medical staff is being so stringent.
