I like Redick a lot, and I think he's half-a-step away from being a Kyle Korver/Mike Miller/James Jones-level lights-out 3pt bomber. He's very, very efficient and doesn't make a ton of mistakes... Getting talented players is not a bad thing. Redick qualifies. He's fairly one-dimensional, but he's quite useful. I don't love giving him up for Joel straight-up, but I'm not going to barf if it happens.
I like him as well, especially for acquiring a good asset to keep or even trade again - however is his salary high or reasonable? or should you try to trade przy for brandon bass?
