    You guys have got way too sidetracked in this thread. Lets get back to reality.

    In a couple of days from now the Blazers will announce that LMA has the same medical condition that Bo Jackson had and will need hip replacement surgery.

    The last of the big three is gone, the dream is over, the circle is complete.

    I speculated sometime back that management would encourage longer absences for smaller injuries, and that a player might get into trouble.

    I was thinking of when they gave Zach 3 games off just because his girlfriend's brother died, and he visited the strip club to say goodbye before flying out. Portland moralists were in an uproar for years.
