It would take at least 6 quartermans to bring back a dollar at current exchange rates. Problem is, no one wants 6 quartermans.

Now all we have to do is cut Quarterman and sign Goodwin.

There were a few interesting names cut. In addition to Archie Goodwin there is Ray McCallum and R.J. Hunter.

CJ and Dame need to be going at each other in practice, forcing the other to improve on defense

Goodwin and Hunter are really surprising names. SOMEbody's got to pick them up.

(Still prefer Dinwiddie over both, though, as tall PGs are rarer.)

Wait, so four Quartermans equal a Dame Dollar?

Four quarters of Quarterman don't equal a quarter of Dame.

That can't be a coincidence. It means that when Olshey calculated how much to pay Ezeli, he assumed that Montero would go, and be replaced only by an undrafted rookie like Quarterman, not someone with NBA experience like Jerrett or Stiemsma.

It's funny when quarterman signed I watched some clips and I remember thinking he looked like a more refined Montero. Didn't think of the financial aspect but it makes sense now.

Gary Payton 2 was released today. Who would you rather have, Payton or Quarterman. Seems like we had a lot of Payton fans on hete.

I was surprised there was not a thread for this based on pre-draft banter. Hard to say since I really have not seen much of Quarterman....but I like his measurements and his outside shot a little better. But we know GP2 can D up.
