    I was just about to say this is a much closer match than I expected, then Ghana took advantage of lax defending and it's 1-nil.

    Muntari with the goal before the half. Have to wonder what Muselera was doing, other than chillin' like there was nothing going on. Perhaps he was trying to find Nadir Behadj in the crowd so he could greet his new teammate.

    What a match though, at least for me 10x better than brasil - holland, lot of attacking, no ugly fouls, and the crowd is into it. (plus perfect pitch to play in)

    I hope they replay it again for those that missed it. Hats off to Uruguay :)

    Suarez will miss next match vs. Holland, not good news for them.

    First the beating they put on South Africa on Youth Day (and post match celebration like it was 1930) and now this...is there a less popular team in South Africa right now than Uruguay?

    There have been a few great goals this World Cup. Some other standouts are that goal by Suárez in the rain against South Korea to take his team to the quarters and Klose's toe poke.
