The one nuance lost in this discussion is that Quick basically said he was coming to his conclusion based on two things: 1.) that it was impossible to get Pritchard on the phone today for more than 30 seconds (and we all know that Pritchard loves the media, so shining Quick likely means something's up), and 2.) the trade for the $3 million trade exception opens the door wide. Sure, we still don't know what the heck the Blazers will do. But "something" seems more likely than "nothing" at this point. And that's a switch from a few days ago, I'd say.
Granger has been my #1 pipe dream (SF) for the whole year (Don't count LeBron). I highly doubt he is a possibility, but I'd trade Batum, Rudy, Bayless, Outlaw, Raef, 1st and take Granger and whatever contract they want. Even do another trade with our TE w/ them.
http://basketball.realgm.com/src_wi...19/bucks_want_talent_in_return_for_jefferson/ Bucks want talent for RJ.
Thank God. Maybe this will turn us off to him. Do they consider Outlaw talent? I don't think they consider Sergio talent... If they want more than that it makes trading for him absolutely not worth it.
Nah, that's just public positioning by the Bucks. Right now they're not getting the offers they want for RJ, but they'd still trade him in a heartbeat.
The MSP this morning interviewed someone from Milwaukee and they said they wanted Outlaw, Rudy and Raef for RJ and Ridnour. It made me LOL! Say NO to RJ!
so in the heat of mid-season trade talk time, Quick thinks he's a priority for the GM anyone here prefer KP spending a chunk of today answering JQ's speculations rather then chatting with other GMs? it also opens the trade door the same amount wider in the coming offseason, a time when KP has stated he prefers making deals. I've come to the conclusion that Quick is a dolt based on three things: 1.) stupid things he writes 2.) stupid things he says 3.) stupid things he does STOMP
