I dont care how fast im going you shouldnt try to cut someone off like that.. and it wasnt the other lady's business to talk to me at all
But there's no law about changing lanes, did you say 10 ft.? from someone. There is a law about going 25 mph over the limit. If you hit that car it would've been your fault. If you hurt someone it would've been your fault.
I really hate those kinds of people...Who go 25 MPH over the limit and get pissy when some soccer mom cusses you out. This is 100% your fault. You could have killed someone easily. I wish there was a cop sitting right there so he could give you a nice, fat ticket and put some points on your insurance.

Its always the car making the turn's fault.

If you rear-end someone you are responsible for it no matter what the circumstances, which you would have found out if you had wrecked.edit: boom<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>For purposes of insurance and policing, the driver of the car that rear-ends the other car is almost always considered to be at fault due to not being within stopping distance or lack of attention. Yeah KCX it'd be you getting persecuted. Speeding big time and then rear ending. Doesn't matter what she was doing, watch out for road rage.

Anyways, I always thought itd be their fault but I should probably brush up on my drivers ed. Great call Justice, ASUfan, and S2S. Still, F*ck that mom because I couldnt give a flying F*ck about what she says yamean?drive slow and enjoy the scenery - drive fast and join the scenery.
The thing my driving instructor and every other person who tells me how to drive says is 'you're late anyway, so don't speed just to be less late'. Though I think that's stupid since if it's school, you're missing more of the lesson, if it's work you're missing on money(if paid by the hour). American society is too rushed.

He lost control of his car and hit him. It's a sensitive subject for me.I'm sorry, but I get mad when I see someone who thinks they're the only car on the road, speeding, weaving in and out, etc. They don't think what could happen, and have no respect for other drivers on the road.

I appologize, I shouldnt have been such an ass about it.
It's OK though, your terrible driving will fit in fine in AZ. Best of all you're at UofA in Tucson, and nobody likes Tucson(it smells they say) so drive however you want.
This was one topic I wanted to post in but was suspended.KCX, you doing us Asians wrong. I don't really see your case in this one. You were speeding by a good amount, yet you complain about a guy pulling out and saying it's his fault. What gives?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Rok, why were you suspended? "gf" ???</div>gf?...Girlfriend? Don't know how that would get me suspended from BBW unless it was Mel. :winkglasses: On the suspension, the SGuard parenthesis topic. What I posted got me the boot.P.S. Pff knows.

The thought would cross through my mind.
