Not only did this team get swept, they were bullied all series long. Punked.

The roster is structurally flawed, this isn't all Stotts' fault. Adding a Paul George wont vault this team out of purgatory and into contention.

Neil Olshey created this mess and replacement starts with him. He has targeted so-so talent, and talent with roughly the same/very similar skill sets.

Neil needs to go, Stotts isn't the major issue here.

I agree, although Stotts lack of adjustments is VERY disappointing. Both need to go. Clean slate.

Stotts definitely IS the major issue. Not adjustments until game 4, he only has one defensive scheme which is easy to gameplan for and opposing players know exactly what reads they'll have to make before the game and get comfortable early. His offense has no ball movement... We should not be LAST IN THE LEAGUE IN ASSISTS. We don't use Dame and CJ off the ball enough. These guys should be cutting all over the floor, but you hardly ever see them cutting towards the rim. He is likely the worst coach in the league in terms of not calling timeouts when we need them. He lets players play outside of themselves. Nurk shooting under 40% mid-range jumpers every game, letting Aminu go one-on-one, letting players shoot bad shots too often with no repercussions... There's so much wrong with the coaching and it needs to change.
