Yeah the Rockets will win their last game at home against a Sac team without Cus. So they will be # 8 as they own the tie breaker with Utah.

No way Memphis beats GS on the road against the Warriors who will be going for the record. I think the Clippers beat them at home as well. (and then rests on Wednesday)

So Memphis will end up in 7th against SA since Dallas owns the tie breaker if needed.

Can't see any incentive for SA to put up a fight on the road against Dallas, so yeah if we want 5th...we need to win vs Denver.

This doesn't disappoint me. I didn't feel like Blazers deserved 5th after the Minne game. They need to destroy Denver on both ends of the court. If they don't then it doesn't matter who they face in the first round.

Because one game in the regular season defines how they'll play in the playoffs. lol.

So what has to happen for our game tomorrow night not to matter. I really want our bottom 8 guys to play the whole game and have our main guys get some rest.

Clips beat MEM tonight and Spurs beat DAL before our game tmrw. If that happens, we get 5 seed regardless of what happens in our game.

Do to start times, I would guess that the regular starters play 1Q, then are pulled for the rest of the game.

Keep in mind, the Spurs will most likely rest everyone tomorrow as they will be on a back to back and playing in DAL.

My point is that if the Blazers approach the playoffs like they did the Minne game, then they will be out in four games no matter who we play. I'm hoping one more successful game will help them regain their focus.

In your eyes we wouldn't be an underdog to the original Dream Team in it's prime.

The Spurs backups are still a handful that might have a winning record if they played a whole season. Thats part of the genius of the Pop resting guys.

    Looks like we're gonna have;

    1 Warriors vs 8 Rockets
    4 Clippers vs 5 Blazers
    3 Thunder vs 6 Mavs
    2 Spurs vs 7 Grizz

Blazers will likely play Sunday in Los Angeles as the hockey team sharing the arena plays Saturday.

A 1% chance at winning the lotto and a great deal of soul searching.

If that's the way it shakes out, we will be the only Western Conference lower seed with a regular season victory against out 1st round opponent. The West is really top heavy this year.

One loss was with CJ sitting on the bench in a suit and another by an amazing last second shot to beat us........ Man I hope this stays like this and we head to LA.
