Thats a bad angle, look at this one. I just stop paying attention to him</div> That angle starts midway through the other one. I don't think it was a flop, according to the other angle Kobe hits him in the face, then in the shoulder. I know it wasn't intentional, but Bell did get hit at least once in the shoulder and maybe it was hard enough to knock him over. Also Bell said he got hit in the face multiple times, so it's not just that play and even then it doesn't excuse Bell's actions. It really doesn't matter though.
