Not sure what it is. To spread that much filler would be difficult to do before it dried. It looks like filler from zooming in the pic and looking at the edges but I'm honestly not sure. Driving with plastic over broken windows should be an instant impound in my opinion.
I love electric impact drivers. I occasionally work on bikes and my impact driver saves my hands from the pain of using socket wrenches all the time. I have 3 impact drivers that I use depending on the circumstances: Milwaukee (this is my portable beast), Dewalt (portable, compact and small to get into tight places), Craftsman (corded, I use this one mainly in my shop/garage at home).
Here is a Tron car. The paint is crazy as it looks like chrome and is sprayed on and then water is instantly sprayed on the paint and it makes it look like chrome.
I've actually been watching that stuff. I don't want that piece of crap for free. While watching these videos I saw this from a guy in Vegas. I would have like to have this for a project before it got to the pic a part. It could have actually been cool with a ton of work.
I once saw a VW bug with a 426 hemi for an engine. The engine took up so much space in the car that it had no back seat.
