Yes, but I don't wanna be the 'fat guy' lol. I'm not absolutely huge or anything, but I wanna be able to be better at sports (and look better ). I'm not really wanting to be made into the perfect guy, just feel better and more confident in myself physically. EDIT: thanks, Bahir. I'll probably go on a variation of such techniques, as I'm not looking to become THAT muscular. So I won't be as technical as that diet, but will be careful and follow the general rules. It should be an interesting 12 weeks though.
Does anyone know how to tell if you have a concussion or if you should get your head checked? Because my team had a 3 day tournment this weekend and yesterday i got caught in the head with a girls sholder on an illegal screen (she wasnt called for it, by the way). My heads been sore and today was our last day of the tournament. And in our last game I took an elbow to the back of my head and its throbbing off and on. I really don't know if I should get it checked or just sleep on it and see how I feel tomorrow.
You should be careful about sleeping after a knock to the head. My Dad's cousin once went to bed after a knock to the head. Never woke up. I don't wanna scare you, but it happens. (It wasn't an elbow to the head, though, it was being thrown up and landing on his head). If I were you, I'd make sure I had a good ice pack, drank some water. If you feel dizzy, sick, weak, your pupils are different sizes or if you are restless and agitated, you may have a concussion. http://www.muhealth.org/~neuromed/concussion.shtml
Yea like chingy said, if you think its a concussion, don't sleep on it. Make sure and check it out before taking that risk.
I met the girl of my dreams last night, granted I was intoxicated. Although she said, "i have a boyfriend, unfortunately." The unfortunately gives me hope haha. The party was ballin though, so many people, huge fire, it was great.
yeah one chick that I'm "cool" with has a boyfriend currently....very nice, intelligent, looks good (from what I remember), etc.....I'll just stick around til he's out of the picture.....

Haha, I knew someone was going to kick in with the Paris Hilton joke. I don't know. After 26 months with someone, you think you know them? Whatever man, I took her back once when we broke up because she wanted some space....I know her, I know she's going to come crawling back to me in about a week or two and I'm going to laugh at her. She's pathetic, I feel like a fool for wasting so much time with her. I know some of you guys on the site are probably laughing at me too, whatever. Honestly, it's weird. I been here practically since it's been open, I'm something like top 4 in total posts, I feel like I can rely on some of the fellas here for some advice. I don't see how you really could've seen it coming, so whoever laughs at you is just being a dumbass. That sorta stuff happens to so many people, though. You can never truly know if you got a good woman until you leave her in a situation where she can get away with whatever. I feel sorry for you and ****, but it sounds like you kind of suspected what kind of person she was already, and I don't doubt that you'll bounce back. Man, I went clubbing, because a friend of mine who moved to Cali after high school came back for a couple weeks. And it was wild. It was almost a sort of high school reunion, because everybody showed up to meet her. And people were hooking up left and right, like some sort of bad episode of the OC.
