OMG! Chris Bosh's brother looks nothing like Bosh. I can't wait till they play each other, Bosh will be like YOUNG-IN! and Joel will drop like 30 on him. Nothing like brotherly love.

Wow, I've just been watching all the top 10 plays of the year on NBA.com (Dunks, Big Shots, Clutch Shots etc.) and I never noticed how many game winning / buzzer beating shots the Knicks took, they basically make up the entire Clutch shot and Buzzer Beater shot top 10's, lol.

Jamal Crawfords game winner over Denver was sick by the way.

None of those guys really look much like their brothers except for Wright and Landry. The Landry brothers are pretty much twins. They're similar physical, scrappy players too. Just imagine the pickup games that took place in the Landry driveway.

Marcus Landry's actually got a chance to make it in the league too. He only posted 6 ppg and 3 rpg this year, but he did so on one of the five best teams in the nation, playing combo forward in the shadow of Alando Tucker. He's only a junior next season, and he should take on a much bigger offensive role with Tucker, Taylor, and Chappell gone. I'd be shocked if he doesn't at least break the 10 ppg, 5 rpg mark next year.

I have my first basketball game tomorrow for a league I just joined and I jammed three of my fingers on my right hand pretty bad tonight playing basketball with my neighbor. I can't even type with any fingers on my right hand other than my index finger right now so tomorrow should be fun...

Last season I played four games with a messed up pinky. I fractured it and chipped the bone and the doctor told me know basketball. But I gave it a month and then played with my metal brace thing on and I was fine. Luckily I didn't reinjure my pinky this time. Oh and Voodoo, I didn't even notice I was following you. [IMG] Like no joke, it was a coincidence. And Kidd, it hurts like a bitch to even bend my finger halfway. No way I'm going and playing video games on it.

Weren't you spouting off random statistics about Karl Malone earlier? What is this, some sort of "stat of the day" club you've joined?

Here's a weird one: Mateen Cleaves has a career free-throw percentage of 73%.

    Amazing! I never knew that.

Hahahaha, yeah when I'm bored and have nothing else to do, I like to look up NBA player statistics. I like seeing what they averaged over their careers, their career bests, accomplishments etc.

    I'm just bored alot [IMG]

Is she old, or did she just have a child young? The latter can be a real turnoff, but I'm all for the cougars. I've never been with one, but I've got a few older women on my to-do list.

I hear ya'. Usually when I dig up stats, it's spurred on by an argument between some loser from JBB who wants to tell me on AIM that Ervin was better than Bird, or something stupid like that.

Loss of purpose is a bitch...

Who knows? All I know is that Magic, Bird, and Jordan are closer than people let on. Jordan's not the greatest player of all-time, he's just one of them. To hell with definitive answers - you can't really say that Jordan was better than Bird or Magic was Russell; it's just way too subjective to get into.

I'll tell you what though, Duncan has got to be towards the top of that list. We're watching one of the all-time greats right before our eyes.

Also, I think that Robertson, West, Baylor, Havlicek, and Malone (Moses, not Karl) are underrated by kids these days.

I also think Iverson twenty-five years from now will be considered a lot better than he is. When we look that far back, we tend to rely on stats to make comparisons, and Allen Iverson's stats trump pretty much everyone else's, and he does have that fluke of an MVP trophy from '01 or whenever.

I love life right about now. Summer is awesome. Hook up after hook up. I seriously have 5 hooks up next week each with different girls. I don't know how I'm going to pay for it all because usually I take them to the movies and then they come over here afterwards but I'll find a way. I need to get a job.

I really don't think that is the case. Since I was a seventh grader I've always known that Allen Iverson's shooting percentages were pathetic (True Shooting % and FG%) and thus diluted his scoring accomplishments. I always think people will keep that in mind (he was kind of efficient in 05-06 but Kobe overshadowed Iverson that year) .
